Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategic plans in alignment with the mission and goals. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand vocational training and skill development initiatives.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of vocational training programs. Implement standardized processes, quality control measures, and performance metrics to enhance program outcomes.

Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of vocational training projects. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards.

Financial Management: Manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible allocation of resources. Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain transparency in financial reporting.

Program Development: Lead the design and development of new training programs, considering industry demands and emerging skills required in the blue-collar job market. Continuously improve existing programs to meet evolving industry needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and resource mobilization for program expansion.

Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the management team, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting professional development opportunities. Ensure clear communication, delegation of responsibilities, and performance evaluation of team members.

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a leadership role, preferably within the vocational training sector, skill development, or related fields.

- A bachelor's / Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Professional certifications in Project management.

- Proven ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage vocational training projects, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting project objectives

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive organizational growth, and implement innovative solutions. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem

- Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
