Responsibilities:

- This is a leadership role where the incumbent will be responsible for the overall performance of the Medical Services Delivery Centers across India and neighboring countries.

- The role involves providing strategic direction to the operations team, guiding them on how to meet the company's quality objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

- The incumbent will also serve as the primary point of contact for Key Accounts, with a focus on strategic regional clients.

- The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, or Travel industries, managing large and complex operations portfolios.

- Experience in managing international operations is highly preferred.
