As our Chief Operations Manager (COM), He will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of our online play-to-win business. He will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless ticket distribution, prize management, and regulatory compliance, while striving for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
- Oversee ticket distribution channels, including website platforms, mobile applications, and retail partnerships, to maximize accessibility and customer reach.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and guidelines in the play-to-win industry.
- Manage prize fulfillment processes, including winner validation, prize distribution, and jackpot management.
- Optimize operational workflows, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and IT, to align operational activities with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure accuracy, fairness, and security in ticket distribution and prize management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
