Chief Operating Officer - Wellness/FMCG/Personal Care

Our client is a large and a rapidly growing Multi-domain wellness and FMCG organization. Their products include Personal care, Skin Care, Nutracueticals, Cosmetics, Food, Wellness and other products. They have a large number of offices and branches across India.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy which is crucial for the growth and success of the orgn. The COO is a key member of the senior leadership and will report to the CEO.

The incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others):

- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth

- Oversee effective Supply Chain and Warehousing operations

- Ensure On time and timely distribution of products across India

- Manage a large dealer, distributor and Branch operations teams

- New product development and introduction

- Managing Board and Large teams

The ideal candidate would be:

- MBA with 15 to 25 years of experience

- Have good experience in managing operations of a large Pharma, Wellness, Direct Selling, Personal Care or FMCG organization (MUST)

- Have experience in managing distribution, dealers and Large Branch operations

- Have experience and understanding of Supply Chain, Warehousing, distribution networks

- Have experience of diverse set of Dealer, Distributor management

- Have experience of managing Branch Operations across India

- Have experience of managing Senior Leadership teams

- Have good communication, leadership and presentation skills

- We will prefer strong domestic experience within the past 5 years

- Be ready to relocate to Delhi NCR
