Position : COO - Water Park
Job Location : Luanda - Angola / Africa
Role Ownership : The COO is fully responsible for the Operations, Revenues, Profitability and ROI
Key Abilities :
- Strong technical understanding, QHSE know-how, Built revenues & technical processes, optimization skills, risk management, business exploration, stakeholder management, project management

- Astute leader, strong communicator, decision maker, detail oriented, smart interpersonals ,innovative, collaborative, organized, flexible, stable and articulative bent of mind.
Key Requirements :
- Size & scale of operation/business handled : Grown business from scratch to 20 Mill US$ Enterprise. New project execution involvement in amusement/entertainment park industry.
- Business foot prints (Waterparks established or expanded) : Should have run a waterpark for at least 2 years at very senior level, with strong operational control and ownership of the P&L. Should also have handled multiple business generation segments
- Team Size (Overall Nos) : Scale up from 150-250 to 350 employees
Composition of entertainment infra handled/established :
- Water Park Design & Infra, Hotel/Resort format, F&B esp. multifunctional banquets/events management, Merchandise sale & rentals
Role Objectives :
- Designing and implementing business operations in line with groups annual revenue plan
- Define & manage the operational process of the company. Create operational efficiencies
- Establish policies that promote waterpark's vision
- Design and implement standard processes which will be followed by waterpark's staff
- Plan & oversee acquisition/health of waterparks assets, day-to-day operations alignments
- Ensure safety & security of assets & customers
- Liasioning with government and other required stakeholders for business sustainability
- Develop various marketing and branding programs for business promotions
- Handle operational emergencies of waterpark
- Acquire and operationalize latest technology for managing waterpark
- Explore and develop business. Strategize to attract wide range of customers
- Engage employee effectively
