Chief Operating Officer - Thermal Power Plant

Planning of machinery/manpower/materials and money; dealing with consultants/ licensors/ statutory bodies for compliance of requirements.

Installing and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities and equipments.

Overall management of project which includes Erection & Commissioning, operation & Maintenance, Human Resource, Finance, Material Management, Environment Management, Commercial, Statutory & liasioning activities

Establishing Operation and Maintenance system, Maintenance Planning, Operation Efficiency, Energy Conservation, Fuel Management and Pioneering the total quality movement, OHSAS, ISO, and Environment Management.

The incumbent shall be fully responsible for Power Trading to achieve 2500 MW power generation capacities.

Responsible to execute Sub / Super critical coal based thermal power projects from green field to commercial operation.

Co-ordination with Project department at site for completion of project with agreed performance parameters and as per Scheduled time.

Leading, monitoring & mentoring the performance of team members to enhance efficiency in operations and to achieve individual & group targets along with employee satisfaction.
