Job Description - COO
Location: Hyderabad
Major Responsibilities:
The COO will shoulder the following key responsibilities:
- Having subject matter expertise and a good network with clients and can liaison with different businesses (new clients. Initially CPAs with their own practice in the US) and close deals.
- Nurture the brand and its image in key markets; be the company's face and spokesperson and engage with clients in the US.
- Be responsible for the overall business performance (products, revenue, and profitability) of the company including the short-term and long-term performance of all product segments; achieve/exceed all revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop an effective Business Development strategy for the products, tracking its effective execution which involves recognizing and reaching out to clients, Pitching product relevance and opportunities based on benefit (Value) to the customer articulating competitive positioning, Developing competitive pricing strategies, and Developing relationships with clients, Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the CEOs broad policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to the CEO
Ideal Experience:
An ideal candidate will be someone who comes with strong experience in operations with business development specifically minimum (4-5 years sales experience in the US market) and also holds subject matter expertise.
- Demonstrating strong understanding of various aspects of the business model, key factors influencing the business, and proactively identifying opportunities in the market; Strategizing effectively to position AO Tax and its products as an undeniable proposition.
- Exhibiting strong executive presence to ensure effective interactions and the ability to influence C-Suite customers, partners, and other internal executives.
- Build out a world class team which focuses on efficiency with quality and customer service on the top of their mind;
- Establishing credibility within the team very early by demonstrating understanding of business and marketplace and spreading/communicating vision for growth while being accessible and visible to all team members;
- Sustain a culture which ensures AO Tax values and high standards are fully understood and adhered to and where people are comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance.
