Role:

Chief Operating Officer - Personal Care - Supply Chain / Operations /Manufacturing or Procurement IIT/ NITIE / IIM/MDI/ISB - (4-1 years)

Location: Gurgaon

Requirements:

- Candidate with 4-5 years experience - can be with international MBA / IIT and good Indian B-school; also open for good IIT candidate

- Should have experience in skin care/ personal care preferably; also okay with candidates from FMCG/FMCD background

- Have experience of Supply Chain / Operations /Manufacturing or Procurement

- Should understand New Product Development

- Knowledge of marketing /consumer insights will be good but not essential (marketing/brand will not be part of his role)

- Incubation leader - Entrepreneur

- Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

- IIT / MBA / PGDM / PGP - From Premier B Schools.
