Looking for COO - Specialised in Hospitality Operations / Club Operations having bent towards Sports, Hospitality & Customer Satisfaction

Position based in MUMBAI

Applicants from MUMBAI or applicants who have base in MUMBAI and want to relocate Preferred

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Positions reporting in: Sports Manager, F&B Manager, Chief Engineer/Project Manager, Custodian

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with the CFO and respective Honorary Secretaries in establishing annual section budgets, their periodic reviews and put effective monitoring mechanisms in place to ensure optimal utilization of operating supplies.

- Ensure budgets for special activities, events, tournaments

- Jointly present periodic Income and Expenditure analysis

- Facilitate Statutory audit across the sections.

- Hold monthly aging reviews of debtors and creditors, Ensure proper and timely billing

Product & Member Focus :

- Assist the CEO in addressing Member feedback across all sections and take appropriate steps

- Overseeing enforcement of high standards of housekeeping, maintenance & upkeep of all areas

- Be responsible for adherence to Emergency preparedness, safety, health and environment preservation

Administrative Functions :

- Shall assist the CEO in all matters concerning the Gymkhana and shall keep him informed about the same.

- Shall assist the CEO in renovation, new project, in Liaison with Architect, Hon. Secretary Premises and required Govt. Departments, i.e. BMC, State Govt., Collector, BEST, MTNL, PWD, Fire Dept., Excise to obtain necessary permission / sanctions

- Shall be responsible for overall monitoring, smooth and proper functioning of the Sports, Engineering, Facilities and the Catering, Bar and Entertainment department.

- Shall work closely with other function heads to ensure operating excellence, discipline, adherence to standards and code of conduct across

- Shall develop and maintain close liaison with the respective State and National Sports Bodies, especially, where the institute is a member.

- Shall be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing Sports programs in consultation and advice from the various Hon. Secretaries Sports.
