Job Description :

1. Consolidate & grow the business, anchor & consolidate key clients and develop / grow new ones.

2.Explore / consolidate alliances

3.Coordinate with Production / SCM to ensure timely & cost effective delivery on consistent basis

4.Coordinate with other departments ( finance to ensure smooth working for growth .

5.Create and deliver on the strategic planning for the next 3-5 years. Grow top line, bottom line and the key parameters of quality and profitability.

The Person :

1. 45-50 years of age

2. Engineer (Chemical) + MBA preferred

3. Min 5 + yrs in a Business Head role in a 300cr + export oriented specialty chemicals company

4. Exposure to selling to Oil & Gas majors a MUST
