Chief Operating Officer - Spa & Resorts Chain

Looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a world class chain of Spa and Resorts to be based at Bangalore.

Job Role :

- To handle complex processes with large teams with on time and quality service delivery.

- To manage the end to end operations of the group. Proficiency in managing large teams in multiple processes for running successful operations & experience of developing procedures, structure, service standards for business excellence is a must.

- Should be able to manage processes and metrics of Data analytics, sales and marketing strategies, inventory control and management, inventory and occupancy forecast, revenue and rate management.

- Coordination with Facility management, vendor management and contracting, HR and Finance.

- Planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit/ vertical.

- Must possess Excellent communication, inter-personal, relationship management and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.

- An ideal candidate should must possess Diploma in Hotel Management with over 15 years of experience working with top brands like Taj, Leela, Oberoi, ITC, etc.
