Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence

- Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor key performance indicators

- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align operational goals with overall business objectives

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior management role

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Experience in the Solar EPC industry is a plus
