Chief Operating Officer - Retail

We are on the lookout for a COO for a Retail brand in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all QSR locations, ensuring consistent quality, service, and cleanliness.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.

- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

- Franchise & Store Management: Support and guide franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.

- Supply Chain & Inventory: Optimize supply chain processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely distribution of products to all locations.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop regional and store-level management teams to foster a high-performance culture.

- Customer Experience: Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control operational costs, and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations.

- Technology & Innovation: Introduce and leverage new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the QSR or foodservice industry.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

- Proven track record in managing multi-location operations.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.

- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
