The person will be responsible for managing the complete operations for the Real Estate division.
- Responsible for P&L, Business Development, Strategic initiatives, Business Opportunities, Liaisoning, Team Management, etc.
- Business Leader with Expertise in conceptualizing, strategizing and building business institutions.
- A dynamic business leader who has been responsible for Successful & profitable Real estate delivery.
- Should have Strategized and executed national level Business plans and responsible for P/L for the business.
- Ability to maintain & analyze the competitors - product & new activities in the market. Preparing short/long term plans/strategies to counter them.
- Should have played a national/large role and demonstrated ability to manage a team spread across the country
- Career should reflect profitable P/L management, Expertise in Setting-up /Revamping and Turning around existing Organization structures to enhance effectiveness, profitability and capacity.
- Should have led the team for all types of real estate products, Luxury, High end Residential, High rises, Mid end residential, Commercial offices, Retail Malls, Townships.
- Exceptional capabilities in Sales & Marketing, Branding, Business development and Land acquisition, Due diligence, Approvals & Govt. Liaison, Knowledge of Regulations.
- Extremely Strong relationship management & communication skills .
