- Assisting the Head of the Business Line in Bangalore to deliver/implement transversal local & global strategic initiatives, full ownership on three main pillars
1) Management support (KPIs, Billing, HC & cost, CI, other transversal and ad hoc)
2) People & Change (KM, communication. change management, events & inclusion)
3) PPM and CRM
- Assist the BL Head in organizing EXCO / Governance meetings ; formalize & follow-up of the BL's Roadmap & action plan, BL point of contact for certain programs @ GSC and global CPLE, Program management.
- Role requires routine interaction with Regional counterparts, so strong hold on oral & written communication is must.
- Role requires the management of a small team contributing to the COO requirements locally and globally
- Need to have experience & exposure in people & performance management and management reporting
- Expertise in MS excels/ Word & PowerPoint presentation is a must.

COO :
- Be the bridge with Onshore/COO set-up following the initiatives of Onshore/COO team & updating the CPLE heads on the same
- Ensure the quality of work being achieved by CPLE teams by strong support to delivery teams, process, governance, reporting and interactions
- Ensure that the team's practice defined transition mechanisms, common collaboration frameworks, Standardize processes, Trainings etc
Management :
- Be accountable for driving the governance bodies for CPLE in SG GSC and with stakeholders
- Meeting & discussing with the internal stakeholders
- Following with the heads on various topics within CPLE
- Alerting the BL head on any blocking points or misses in advance
- Challenge & consolidate the data
- Draft plans for any action items
- Increase satisfaction level of ends-users (CPLE heads) for local & global process.
HR/People :
- In conjunction with the HR team ensure execution of talent acquisition and talent management to facilitate the goals of the sourcing plan.
- Communication SPOC with CPLE teams in GSC & Globally
- Responsible for people centric initiatives along with the HR BP, including Annual day, town halls, Visitor agenda
Admin :
- Manage seat allocation for new joiners
- Flex office data management (w.r.t changes needed)
- Provide required inputs on Landing Plan, Seat utilization to admin team on time
- Coordination on all Admin related tasks
HR :
- Head count/FTE reporting (staff evolution, forecast and budget, productivity analysis)
- Follow-up with EXCO members to complete the LP forecast each month within the due date
- Staff management: This includes RC & reporting manager changes, change of access in H/C referential database
- Actively participate in the BL re-org activities as and when needed
Finance :
- Co-ordinate to complete the billing on time and help Finance team to close the books as per the timelines defined
- Timely update of manual entries & reporting of manual payments
- Complete data integration in the billing tool and publish actual report to all heads
- Follow-up on the invoices pending for approval (>30 days) to ensure it won- t spill over into >60 or >90 days
- Be on top of the financial health of CPLE. Understanding the Financial breakdown and being able to identified proactively investment expenditure (right side).
- Keep the - Business As Usual- cost per FTE at budget and proactively take measure to keep it at budget if growth doesn- t happen as expected, without on quality keeping high quality standard
- Achieve efficiency target set in the budget process.
Communication & Reporting :
- Business line Org chart and Escalation contact matrix preparation
- MRM deck preparation and review with BL head
- Monitor various daily / Weekly / monthly KPI's & KRI's (key performance indicators & Key risk indicators) of operational teams, with timely delivery of reports to clients & the local management
- Publish BL reports (weekly/monthly) on agreed timelines
ORM/OSM :
- Coordinate with BCM team to provide data on BAU/quarterly BCP testing
- Participate in the BCP tests as MSU coordinator
- Maintain critical staff list to be used in case of any crisis
- Responsible for all RISK related closures & Mandatory Training follow up
- Meet the objectives of the BCM strategy for the department in coordination with the BCM team
- Responsible for Disaster recovery site down quarterly testing for CPLE staff across Bangalore & Chennai
