Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the Feed business and P&L of the Feed business.

- Identify cost reduction opportunities within the departments reporting to the business line through re-alignment of work processes, and appropriate manpower utilization measures

- Overseeing the complete operation of the feed business in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and review performance metrics to enable the organization deliver results as per Annual business plan.

- Drives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration

- Monitors the deviation from planned ROI and actual ROI for investments in the business.
