Chief Operating Officer - Online Platform

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the business and operations for a online platform/marketplace organization. Incumbent will work closely with the founder team to build, effectively run and scale up the business.

The COO role is integral of the senior management team, reporting to the Founders/promoters. The goal of the position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company

- Manage relationships with partners

Requirements and skills

- Graduate plus MBA from a reputed institute with approx.. 10 plus year is experience

- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role with online platform/marketplace

- Demonstrable competency in scaling up business - strategic planning and business development

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and problem-solving

Maximum Budget - 40 lpa

5.5 days week (2 Saturday off), Work from office
