Job Profile :
Plans, directs, and oversees P&L, Operational policies, initiatives, and goals of the entire business. Helps organization execute long and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.
- Impact the profitability of the Cradle BU through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development result
- Responsible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business
- Horizon scanning to inform business development opportunities and identify market trend
- Responsibility for business development planning, reviews, customer and competitor analysis, financial modelling, proposal design and tender bids to grow the business to deliver good return on investment
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop/upsell existing business, and identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Responsible for working with product development teams to get product enhancements and developments
- Develop strategic relationships to help grow Apollo Cradle network and business
- Responsible for reviews of P&L for BU, ensuring efficient and effective performance of Unit heads and BD team
- Overall accountable for the growth of BU, to include Patient/Doctor and Employee satisfaction along with Culture Building, ensuring engagement at all levels with control of attrition to run smooth business operations
Ideal candidate Profile :
- 10-20 years of work experience, largely in hospital sector
- Track record of handling BOTH marketing & sales teams
- Leadership profiles from Health care & Hospital industry managing large teams are welcome to apply
- P& L management experience
