Job Description / The Role

COO (Business Head / P&L Head) of a rapidly growing Business division, responsible for P&L, Driving revenue turnover aggressively, delivering EBIT, Managing working capital, Manufacturing is NOT a part of responsibility.

The Candidate Details

A) Experience

i. Around 45 years

ii. Engineer + MBA from Premium Institutes

iii. P & L Head of Rs.1000+ Crores operations nationally for at least 3 years

iv. Channel Sales & Distribution management, Projects

v. Working in a Systems driven / Process oriented MNC and then in an owner / Promoter run organization

B) Competence / Skills

i) Assertive / Go getter / Self Motivated / Result Oriented

ii) Out of the box / Independent thinker - Strong implementer

iii) Systems / Process orientation, Eye for details, Analytical, numbers savvy

iv) EQ / Strong People Skills

Work Experience: 20 to 30 Years
