Qualifications & Key Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 15-20 years of senior management experience, with a significant portion in the cement industry.

- Proven track record of P&L management, strategic leadership, and driving financial performance.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English; Arabic will be added advantage.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute a long-term strategic vision for the company.

- Leadership: Proven capability to lead and inspire teams, drive performance, and manage change.

- Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and accountability.
