Chief Operating Officer/Manager - Startup Incubator/Accelerator

XLr8AP is a StartUp Incubator/Accelerator set up by Government of AP in collaboration with FICCI and University of Texas, Austin (UT). Deploying UT's Technology Commercialization Programme, XLr8AP is working for delivering on Government's vision for StartUp entrepreneurship in State. In just 7 months of its operations, XLr8AP has got recognized as among top 6 Incubators in India.

To support growth of this programme, XLr8AP wants to hire for following roles -

COO;

- Play role of an effective #2; work with MD of XLr8AP, FICCI, Government of AP and other stake-holders to improve quality of its performance & image as a technology accelerator and improve Global ranking of XLr8AP

- Drive and oversee XLr8AP's Cohort Program to deliver targets agreed in MoU with Government of AP; direct and manage processes transforming incubates to enterprises (namely, screening, validating, product development, market development, get customers etc)

Manager, BD; based at Mumbai; report into MD; work with FICCI and UT to connect StartUp entrepreneurs with market/customer access

- Work with select cohort-participants or new enterprises and facilitate new business avenues in India and international markets

- Support events in AP surrounding innovation and entrepreneurship; conduct roadshows to support recruitment (of cohort participants) and for building reputation (of XLr8AP) across India

Manager, Cohort Recruitment; based at Tirupathi; report into MD; plan and drive digital or other approaches to register StartUp entrepreneurs to the Incubation/Acceleration programme

- Recruit right StartUp projects for a cohort (ambitious founders, right domains, promising products etc)
