About:


- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring the business operates efficiently and effectively.

- The COO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to implement the company's strategic vision, streamline operations, and promote growth and profitability.

- The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with experience in managing multiple departments, optimizing processes, and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Oversee daily operations of the company including production, finance, HR, IT, marketing, and sales.

- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure operational processes align with the company's overall strategic objectives.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and execute long-term strategies for the company's growth and profitability.

- Develop operational plans that align with corporate objectives, ensuring measurable goals and KPIs are in place.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and innovation across the organization.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team across different functions.

- Create and maintain a positive, results-oriented culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the organization.

Financial Management:

- Work with the CFO to manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow.

- Oversee resource allocation and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Monitor financial performance, adjusting operational strategies as necessary to meet business targets.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Ensure operational compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company from potential operational or legal issues.

- Oversee the management of key assets and supply chains to minimize risk and maximize operational effectiveness.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure the company meets customer expectations and delivers a high level of service.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and clients to support business objectives.

- Represent the company in meetings with investors, clients, and partners as needed.

Technology & Innovation:

- Oversee IT strategy, ensuring technology infrastructure supports the business's needs.

- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and processes that enhance productivity and streamline operations.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of leadership experience in a senior operational role, preferably in Auto Industry.

- Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Demonstrated success in implementing operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong decision-making abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
