About the job:

Roles And Responsibility:

- Lead and grow the D2C business for the brand website Lajoyajewelry.com

- Drive P&L responsibility and deliver quarterly and annual targets

- Manage and coordinate with external tech and marketing agencies

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth

- Research industry trends and monitor website performance to improve the conversion rate and drive profitable business growth

- Build and lead the internal team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills:

- Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, presentation skills.

- Knowledge of Google analytics, Search Console, Ads performance monitoring tools, SEO, SEM, SMM, web optimization, tech platforms and plugins.

- Must possess technology know how so as to direct others to get work execute

- Must be able to conceptualize and execute marketing plans and initiatives in USA

Experience:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing performance marketing and digital growth for a D2C brand

- Proven track record of building a $1MN+ business through D2C brand website

- Prior experience of working with a start-up would be preferred

- Jewellery industry experience is not a pre-requisite
