Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of building and developing the team, growing it from 50 to 300+ resources, while ensuring team alignment with company goals.

- Lead operational strategy and execution, ensuring that IT service delivery and staff augmentation projects meet and exceed client expectations.

- Develop a culture of excellence within the team, focusing on skill development, resource optimization, and fostering leadership at every level.

- Translate technical client requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with team capabilities and company goals.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on continuous process improvement, efficiency, and delivering superior client outcomes.

- Act as a key decision-maker on operational matters, supporting the CEO in scaling the organization and driving growth.

- Work closely with recruitment teams to streamline the hiring process, ensuring that resources are matched effectively to projects and client needs.

- Implement scalable processes for quality control, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring the team is equipped to handle growth.

- Manage relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring that expectations are met, and operational roadblocks are addressed.

- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, setting clear goals for the team to achieve better results and meet company objectives.

- Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment that encourages team members to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results.

- Ensure the company adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and operational best practices.

Requirements:.

- 7+ years of experience in a senior operations or leadership role within the IT industry and/or staff augmentation companies such as Randstad, TEKsystems, or Manpower Group.

- Proven experience in scaling teams from 50 to 300+ resources, with a focus on team development, coaching, and building high-performing units.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate client IT requirements and deliver projects that meet these needs.

- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent within a growing organization.

- Experience in managing client relationships, delivering superior customer service, and ensuring projects align with client expectations.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational needs.

- Ability to collaborate across departments and drive operational success through cross-functional teamwork.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
