Client Overview:
- Our client is a global technology consulting firm, certified partners with leading CRM, ERP, Cloud, and Salesforce management platforms.
- The COO will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, overseeing operations across multiple countries. Country managers will report to the COO.
- The role focuses on organizational growth, operational efficiency, and business development across core service lines, including CRM, ERP, Field Force, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead - profitable growth- while driving business development across key geographical regions.
- Oversee - organizational development, strategy formulation- , and - implementation- of major service lines (CRM, ERP, Managed Services).
- Plan, organize, and direct- the organization's monthly performance to meet immediate and long-term objectives.
- Assess and restructure- the organization as needed to ensure continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the - company's strategy, budget- , and performance plans. Analyze monthly financial reports and present recommendations to the - Chairman and Board- .
- Attract, develop, and manage- the Global Management team.
- Take full responsibility for - profit, revenue, and performance targets- .
- Manage and foster - client relationships- , ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for - growth and profitability- .
- Implement and monitor - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)- initiatives.
- Enforce - policies- that promote a positive company culture and align with the company's vision.
Knowledge & Skills:-
- Proven track record of delivering results and scaling a sizeable business, preferably in a global IT services company.
- Strong business acumen, creativity, and demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives for business growth.
- Global network and exposure- in multiple commercial industries.
- Inspiring leadership- with the ability to rally and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of - Information Technology- and its applications in business.
- Experience in managing - multi-country operations- and diverse teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a - recognized university- .
- Over all 20 plus years of experience and good to have grown from Project manager to delivery head VP software, Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management, preferably as a President, CEO, or COO
