Job Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring that all operational activities align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Leadership & Team Management :
- Provide strong leadership and direction to senior managers and department heads.

Process Improvement :
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
Financial Management :
- Oversee the company's budget and financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial plans and manage operational costs.
Project Management :
- Supervise major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Relations :
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve operational issues or conflicts that arise.
Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks.
Technology & Innovation :
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends.
- Drive innovation to improve operational capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and financial planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
