Chief Operating Officer - Infrastructure - Roadway/Highway/Expressway

Experience in working on Road Projects/Highways/Expressways/TOLL etc is a must

Educational Qualification : Engineering (Civil)

- Project Management of Multiple sites including quality control, cost management, timely execution of project, vendor selection, material & cost negotiations, billing, consultant selection, technical Control, Planning & monitoring of projects.

- Coordination with the consultants for EC Clearances, Govt . approvals etc. Construction of services include STP, water supply, electrical approvals, waste management and others.

- Adept at identification & management of people skills, maintaining healthy employee relations and handling grievances: thus creating an amicable and congenial work environment.

- Enterprising Team Leader with the ability of handling large task forces in a disciplined and organized environment as well as mentoring and motivating teams in optimizing performance levels.

- Planning of overall layout, outline plan of sports facilities, landscaping, financial planning & adherence to international norms. Negotiation with vendors, ensuring timely execution by contractors, quality control, audit of accounts, inventory management and reporting progress.

- Security of stores, inventory management to ensure minimum losses & probing incidents of losses. Preparation & implementation of fire fighting plans.
