Job Title: Chief Operating Officer - Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

As COO, the individual will lead all aspects of the organization - sales, operations, finance, HR and supporting systems/ back-office.

Key Business Goals:

- Develop and groom a top notch team across all functions

- Achieve company’s financial goals; ability to focus on bottom line and drive profitable growth

- Put systems and processes in place that enable future expansion and diversification

Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

- Qualification : Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

Experience: Must have operated in a small business environment that experienced growth of a several multiple

Nice to Have:

Experience/ Background/ Skills:

- B2B industry experience, preferably in companies selling direct to turnkey contractors.

- Must have deep sales and manufacturing experience and a solid understanding of finance.

- Prior experience of building a team and processes/ systems is a must.

- Previous general management role (where all business unit or company functions reported to the individual) is huge plus.

- The right individual will be able to demonstrate above all, leadership, drive, results orientation, humility and be a team player
