Seeking a young, energetic & dynamic COO for one of the leading & prominent business houses in India, venturing into F&B segment.

Experience: 15+ years in Hospitality industry

Location: Mumbai

Education: Degree in Hotel Mgmt

Key KRAs & Required Skills:

1. Will be responsible for driving the growth ambitions of the company by leading and overseeing new formats & businesses.

2. Managing and implementing expansion strategy of new formats by analyzing market potential, cost effectiveness and industry, while managing the P&L.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully execute the pre-opening phase of new business units.

4. Ability to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the respective business lines.

5. Excellent interpersonal & senior team leadership skills.
