Desired Expertise & Experience:
1. A minimum of 15 years experience with significant experience preferably in Healthcare / B2C businesses with an extensive network of branches etc + Technology driven operations
2. Must be a CAN DO Professional and build relationships with all stakeholders
3. Must posses Interpersonal , Networking , Influencing and effective communication skills at the highest level
4. Must be a solution thinker with good analytical and problem solving skills
5. Must be business oriented, data driven with excellent commercial acumen
6. Must be a effective team player with a People mindset
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with the Board and Top leadership of the company, develop and implement the company's plans and programs.
2. Take Top line and bottom line responsibility to deliver Business and operational results
3. Analyze and make recommendation to the Board on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
4. In collaboration with the senior leadership of the company, build & implement policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
5. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
6. Establish a Robust planning and budgeting process and ensure adherence & control.
7. Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.
8. Work with CFO to develop cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, to meet operating needs and maximize ROIs
9. Work with the CTO to develop and implement a robust Technology Road map which is business and operating model facilitating as well as be futuristic and be at the cutting edge in industry practices
10. Work with the Clinical team to ensure that all clinical protocols are documented and implemented across the entire eco system of the company
11. Provide Leadership on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into with Affiliates, Vendors, outsourced service providers etc.
12. Evaluate company's , operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
13. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
