Chief Operating Officer - FMCG/Food
In this role as COO, you would be expected to work with the Team and drive business growth through marketing, brand building, sales, new channel development and enrichment, team and capability building. You would be in charge of the business with P & L
Responsibilities.
- Lead the distributor Management and Key Accounts.
- Design Sales & Marketing strategies to increase Market share and Profitability.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Develop and execute the strategies to create new alternate B2C channels like Retail (GT & MT), Institutions & Indian Desserts.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Exposure to Organization Transformation.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing with 20 - 25 years relevant experience at a leadership position. Track record in a senior sales and marketing role with international FMCG or Food companies. Minimum 10 years experience on a nation-wide level. Experience in a Food Company is a must.
