- Minimum 20 - 25 Years experience required from FMCG Background.

- MBA from Reputed Institute Preferred.

- Strategic roadmap for Annual business plan

- Key deliverables are Revenue, Share and Profitability

- Needs to ensure we have business partners for long term sustained growth that help in building the right footprint on the distribution front

- The role also cuts across channels like Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and On premise

- Supported by a cross functional team to drive key agendas in the market (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales Development, Market equipment and Sales).
