Chief Operating Officer - FMCG

Our client in FMCG space is looking for an experienced COO to be based out of their Headquarters -Punjab.

Experience : 15+ years

Should have an experience in managing multiple plant operations.

Must have handled a turnover of 1000 CR

Preferred Industry : FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

- Oversee the procurement and supply chain functions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to optimize overall business performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

- A master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
