Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA from a premier institute with a specialization in Operations or Supply Chain Management - Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, supply chain management, quality assurance, and plant operations - Demonstrated ability in operational effectiveness measured through various matrix like improvement in profitability due to process efficiency - Proven leadership experience in senior operations roles within the FMCG manufacturing industry, having demonstrated ability as a Profit centre head - Demonstrated track record in identifying and addressing business gaps, driving operational excellence, and leading teams to success - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills which includes comfort in reading, analysing and inferring financial data of the Company - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - A visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and making the organization future ready by creating systems and processes aligned with the vision
