Our client is a premium chain of fine-dining restaurants based in Gurgaon with a national presence. They have ambitious expansion plans for adding more restaurants across India.

Our clients are looking for an experienced and proven professional to join their team and lead a 200+-person team and head pan-India operations. Will oversee the operational efficiency, strategic development, and overall portfolio success. Will collaborate with the executive team to implement organizational strategies, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all properties.

Job Description

1. Strategic Planning :

- Develop comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Work closely with the CEO to contribute to developing and implementing the business plan.

2. Operational Leadership :

- Provide leadership and direction to the operational teams across all hotels under management.

- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

3. Financial Management :

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for each property.

- Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability without compromising quality.

4. Guest Experience :

- Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and maintain high-quality standards.

- Implement and monitor guest satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

5. Quality Control :

- Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

6. Technology Integration :

- Stay informed about technological advancements relevant to the hospitality industry.

- Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

7. Risk Management :

- Identify and mitigate operational risks.

- Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies and unforeseen events.

8. Collaboration with Executive Team :

- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

- Provide regular updates on operational performance and key initiatives.

9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each property.

- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive review.

10. Analysis :

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Recommend adjustments to operational strategies based on market insights.

11. Community Relations :

- Represent the company in the local community and industry events.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive role in the hotel management industry.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet business objectives.

- Familiarity with hospitality technology and innovative solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 15+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality business.
