Chief Operating Officer - F&B Industry

Role Description:

This is a pivotal executive role responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has to ensure that the company's operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic business goals. This position requires a dynamic leader with deep industry knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Location - Bangalore (For Interviews- would prefer to meet the candidates in Bangalore than virtual)

Experience - 15-20 years experience in F&B

Should know South Languages and open to travel

Joining - Immediate, max joining by August

Key Responsibilities:

- Store operations, PnL, expansion, central kitchen

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage production processes to ensure resource efficiency and quality standards.

- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards and compliance.

- Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution to optimize the supply chain.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.

- Identify and lead initiatives for operational efficiency and innovation.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address operational issues impacting service.

- Work with other executives to execute the company's strategic plan.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or related field

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and process improvement skills.
