Roles & Responsibilities :
- Execution organization development:
- Understand the growth strategy & visualize the execution organization required
- Build the organization - Recruit, train, mentor
Cost control :
- Be responsible for costs as per AOP
- Manage the design process - Drive value engineering
- Relentlessly update estimation capabilities - Drive innovation
- Supervise the contracts & tendering departments
Project execution :
- Critique & challenge - Project plans
- Drive project plan optimization
- Plan & manage resources (men, material, money) across projects
- Be responsible for quality
Project review :
- Implement effective review systems across levels in the organization
- Track lead indicators to identify slippages across projects
- Solve problems - Across projects
- Be the one responsible for execution to the chairman
Processes :
- Design & implement key processes - Design, estimation, tendering, contracts-
Relationships :
- Establish & manage key relationships - customers, vendors
- Overall P&L responsibility - Revenues & costs (including interest)
- As opposed to the cost focus of the COO

- Drive business development - Both BOT and EPC
- Taking a view on traffic in case of highways BOT
- Taking a view on risks - Both at project level and enterprise level

Asset management :
- Be responsible for the overall performance of the asset
- Build & maintain apex relationships With NHAI, state governments, local governments, vendors & Support fund raising
