Responsibilities:
- Takes action to improve performance and achieve financial goals.
- Implementation of Sales Strategy and Vision.
- Planning and formulation of the long-range goals of the organization.
- Ensures organisation meet the short-term & long-range plans, and growth objectives.
- Lead a high-performing operations team (Sales & Academics).
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks. Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in conferences, community events, industry training events, etc
Experience:
- 12+ years or equivalent experience in the Edtech Industry - a minimum of 4 years at the top management level.
- Direct involvement with Academic Operations, Business Development, and Sales.
