Chief Operating Officer - eCommerce Startup

Looking for COO profile for Startup company having interest into business center / plug & play office space, providing co-working spaces for start-ups/ companies in various formats ( community desks, shared offices, individual offices), providing all the benefits of a large working community even when a company is just starting up..

Looking for :

- People in the client servicing side of digital marketing companies

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of social media channels/ understanding of the social element will be important

- 28 - 35 years age bracket preferable

Role :

- Create and execute strategies to support the opening of new communities/ new buildings in the city.

- Own hiring, training and management of the team as the centres grow

- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our business objectives of building communities in new markets

- Drive sales, including setting sales strategy and goals, engaging partners, and on-boarding new members.

- Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions in your market.

- Conceptualize and execute top-notch events and brand building activities with influencers and partners.

- Support, coordinate and interact seamlessly with all the teams involved.

Minimum Qualifications :

- At least 6 years of experience in startups and/or entrepreneurial environments

- Strong local network and knowledge of market

- Experience managing people and growing teams

- Mastery of sales funnels and ability to work towards rigid goals

- Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments and embrace them effortlessly.

- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

- Exceptional organizational, follow up and multi-tasking skills

- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

- Excellent communication skills and a love for interacting with people

- Results driven with an ability to execute on tight project deadline
