Chief Operating Officer - Distribution Intensive Industry - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

The position is- COO Beverages business.

Reports to the CEO-Beverages.

We- re looking for 18-20 years of experience across Sales, marketing,brand,operations and strategy.

In Sales, the person should have done B2B selling

- Should bring in overall business perspective

- New business development and aggressive in approach

- This is a critical role that has the capability to grown into a much larger role in 4-5 years.

- A very strong and aggressive individual who is passionate about building scale and can grow this in the next few years.

- Prefer someone who has worked across industries- FMCG,Telecom,consulting,Beverages,automobile. Prior Beverages experience will be given preference.

The qualification criteria is very sacrosanct - MBA's from premier institutions!

Ability to lead people through a high growth phase - proven in earlier companies;

Stability - not more than 3 changes during the professional journey post P.G

Innovative, entrepreneurial and very high energy levels;

Ability to lead and motivate a cross functional team;

Futuristic in thinking - brings in global perspective

Age- 38-42 max.

Salary commensurate with Industry standards
