Chief Operating Officer - Digital Platforms - BPO/IT

Focus of the Function: As Technology becomes the core and differentiator in the market

- Reason for Job existence: to oversee all technology deployments, beyond F&A and other similar service lines

- Value add that this role provides: Incumbent will own the implementation and success of all clients

- Differentiator in the Role: Extensive experience in technology deployments spread across multiple regions and domains

- Key relationships for this role: Business leaders and Senior leaders at client side

- Minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: Master's degree and prior experience in F&A

- Key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years: Handle large deals and manage and own all implementations across F&A and other domains as Genpact grows in non F&A space

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and drive engineering and delivery for our SoE platforms, cross leverage learnings across the different ongoing developments

- Lead all technology deployments

- Handle both, internal and external (Client) senior stakeholders. Key role given learnings from recent client engagement issues (RA implementations, Savvion upgrades upcoming)

- Will own P&L responsibility along with managing customer scores, change management and financial
