Leadership Role - COO - IIT/ NIT/ IIM - Ex Founders/Entrepreneurs (Must)

Designation/Role: Leadership Role - CXO/COO

Location: Delhi NCR / Hybrid

No of Days : 5 days/week

Good Pedigree - IIT / IIM + Ex- Founders / Entrepreneurial experience required

Two Roles :

1. Chief of Operations

2. Chief of Business - D2C (Someone who has built a D2C brand is required)

Responsibilities :

- Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success

- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations and the work of executives

- Lead employees with an example

- Be a motivator for other employees

- Analyze and interpret data and metrics

- Create reports for the management

- Take the lead in expansion activities

- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

Requirements :

1. Keen learner with great communication skills

2. Well organized and good time management skills

3. High problem-solving abilities.

4. Very strong with negotiations with vendors / partners.

5. Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach.
