About our Client - Our client is a leading consumer electronics retail network with a business turnover of close to USD 6 billion. Our client manufactures, assembles and distributes consumer electronics and household appliances and has more than 80% penetration in India's retail shelf space.

Job Description - Reporting in to Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible to:

- Achieve business plan targets of all product ranges across Maharashtra, Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, M.P., Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka region

- Contribute to the profitability & market share in accordance with the Business plan objective

- Track & Control of Branch wise, Brand wise, Product wise target achievements in alignment with Business Plan and executing the same with the help of team to achieve management objectives

- Launch of New products for effective realization of the Business Plan & strengthen brand image

- Monitor and control of Brand communication & display strategy, media plan, consumer offers in relation with business performance and approved budgetary guidelines

- Keep track of competitor's activities in terms of New Model Launch, Product USPs, schemes, Distribution Network, Sales Promotional Activities, industry trends and market intelligence

- Monitor the Account Receivables & Inventory Levels of Brands ensuring corrective / preventive actions

- Interact with service team to achieve customer satisfaction as per Industry best practices and standards of customer's service

- Review PSI & Production Plan to enable product supplies as per sales plan

- Review the quality of the product in co-ordination with manufacturing team

The Successful Candidate - You have a MBA from top tier business school with minimum 12 years of sales and marketing experience. You must have at least 3 years of experience in leadership role managing P&L responsibility and handling teams. Candidates from FMCG/Consumer Durables/Telecom/Automotive sector are preferred. You are result oriented professional with strategic thought process, excellent leadership skills and proven management success
