Chief Operating Officer - Capital Market - FinTech

The Role :

- Responsible for all micro & macro activities including the strategy development, management, operation and enhancement of the existing products and services.

- Conceptualizing, designing, executing and implementing the strategies and objectives as agreed and decided by the management.

- Liaise with NSE, BSE and SEBI for compliance related matters

- While directly reporting to the board, build policies and growth map for the future expansions.

The Person :

- Must have over 20 years past experience in financial services industry

- Must have exposure to trading platform / digital lending / wealth management

- Well versed with compliance of regulators

- Strong management experience in multiple verticals to with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability
