Experience :

- 22 - 28 years of experience in Construction and Project Management out of which 4-5 yrs of P&L exp is must.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate /Construction/ and PMC Sectors.

Job Profile :

- Will be responsible for P&L of across projects.

- Responsible for Project Management, P&L, AOP, Strategic initiatives, Business Opportunities, Liaisoning etc.

- Responsible for developing strategy for development of the projects.

- Plan and monitor business progress to achieve desired business objectives.

-Drive top line, bottom line & market share objective.

Candidate Profile :

- 22+ years experience preferably in P&L from Real Estate/Construction. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

- Having strong exposure in Township, Large Residential & Commercial Projects from Real Estate, companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
