Chief Operating Officer - Business Development - Li-Ion Battery & Energy Storage System

- Undertakes overall responsibility of the Business Development, Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounts, HR, Purchase, Legal and Secretarial functions of the organisation.

- Leads the organization on its mission to ensure programs, product and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to customers and relevant stakeholders

- Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the Organisation attains its objectives as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.

- Ensure strategic objectives shaped at the CEO and board level are translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress.

- Direct and Control the work and resources of the Organisations and ensure the recruitment of the required numbers of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives

- Maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision makers and other stake holders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the Organisation is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.

- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised.

- Develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy to promote the products, services of the Organisation

- Responsible for both Transport Business Vertical and Stationery Business Vertical and reports to the CEO

Ideal Candidate:-

- Engineering Graduates with MBA degree from IIM/Tier 1 Institutions with 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing domain Battery, Electrical Vehicle, large strategic manufacturing organizations including parts manufacturing for large OEMs.

- Should be business driven with quality experience in Business Development and should have experience handling the Finance, HR, IT , Secretarial and other support functions.

- Should be able to demonstrate and establish the pathway and road map for growth of the organization.

- Candidates who have good Business Development and operations experience in Lithium-Ion batteries/ EV Vehicles/ Automobile Part manufacturing will be preferred.

- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Gujarat near Gandhinagar.

- Candidate should have MNC experience with minimum turnover of 800 Cr.
