Job Title: COO (Automobile Division)

A. Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for the full time business operations of the Group’s Automobile division.

(2) Responsible for sales, purchase and administrative affairs of the operations i.e. completely responsible for P&L of the business.

(3) Formulation and implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies

(4) Implementation of new projects in accordance with the Group’s plan.

(5) Achieving sales and profit target on a sustained basis.

(6) Undertaking appropriate branding, advertisement and marketing campaign.

(7) Setting up of branch and/ dealer networks.

(8) Analyzing market scenarios on a continuous basis for enhancing the existing businesses or exploring new opportunities.

(9) Maintaining strong relationships with the principal suppliers, customers, Government procurement agencies, etc.

(10) Negotiating with suppliers, vendors, etc. for finalization of dealership and partnership agreements.

(11) Designs and ensures implementation of a system for tracking and monitoring relevant operational MIS. Trends depicted by the MIS are to be assessed and communicated to all on a predefined frequency highlighting priorities and improvements achieved.

(12) Establish and maintain appropriate internal cost control procedures for the business operations.

(13) Timely Submission of MIS Reports to the Management.

(14) Responsible for Human Resources.

Candidate Profile:

- Management graduate, with specialization in marketing & finance, from a reputed business school from India with at least 15+ years of post qualification experience in similar field particularly in marketing automobiles.

- Strong in institutional sales

- Experience in international procurement and logistics

- Experience in trading and distribution

- Experience in dealing with international corporations, Government agencies, etc.,
