Chief Operating Officer - Auto Ancillary Sector

A leading Auto Ancillary group at Gurgaon. The company has supplies to program leading OEM customers in automotive sector including MSIL.

The position reports to Group MD.

The KRAs for the position include:

- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers.

- Business strategy & planning

- P&L Management

- Plant Operations including New Projects & New Programs

- Supporting New Business Development- Overseas & Indian OEMs

- Logistics / Supply Chain Management

- Product Engineering & VE

- All Compliances etc.

This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics, deft people management skills & high level of business acumen. The position offers excellent opportunities for horizontal & vertical career growth.

The group is currently working on six-days a week format.
