Chief Operating Officer - ANOPL Digital Products

Role Title : COO - ANOPL

Role Purpose : COO - ANOPL is responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for ANOPL Digital Products. From the current performance to a 5X performance of Top Line & Bottom Line in the next 2 years

Reports To : COO - Jupiter Capital

Experience 18+ years in running a business, Handling P&L, product, S&M, 5+ yrs of experience in handling a digital platform/ digital sales, preferably a female candidate, should have been an Business Expert handling P&L, Growth.

Qualification : BE/B Tech, MBA from a premier institute in Finance/ Marketing / Sales ( tier 1 / Tier 2 ), BE / B-Tech

Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore

Salary Range : Up to 60 L p.a, 38 - 45 years of age,

Key Areas Of Responsibility And Accountability (KRAs) :

- Who has worked in an IT Company as a Business Leader and built a division or a subsidiary or from the Digital Media Space handling P&L

- Someone who should have handled M&A

- Responsible for conceptualizing and planning the digital overall strategy for ANOPL Digital Products. Must have an understanding of the digital news cycle from an editorial point of view.

- Must have a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem (analytics), technology platforms and digital marketing.

- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients

- Pitching & Acquiring new business across the markets in India & Abroad for Jupiter Capital Digital Business.

- Experience in handling P&L, business planning and reviews. Responsible for generating revenue for Jupiter Capital Digital Products & increasing the revenue 5 fold over the next two years

- Managing and delivering key campaign expectations

- Managing, mentoring, leading & training overall Operations team for better performance.

- Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business

- Should have handled a P& L of at least 25-30 Cr p.a. in the digital space for more than 2 years

- Should have handled a minimum team size of 50 employees in a Digital Organization

- Should have a passion to work in a startup environment
