Scope of Work:

All day-to-day handling & decision making of the follow:

1. Development of process flows and control systems

2. Development of reports to be sent to contributors

3. All compliances - IC minutes, SEBI

4. Administration

5. Co-ordination & Presentation - Prospective contributors/ investors/ placement agents/ investment bankers during raising of funds

6. MIS development and implementation

7. Co-ordination with Lawyers/ CA's/ Advisors

8. Making of presentations
